The Goalie as the Quarterback of the Defense

Here is a great video from the excellent CBC commentator and ex-NHL goalie, Kevin Weekes. The advice that he relays here goes back to the my belief of the Team Defense Concept of Goaltending. The game is not just about a goalie stopping pucks, but it is about playing defense and preventing goals AND regaining/maintaining puck possession.
