Footwork and Fundamentals Modules
Upper Echelon offers a series of fundamental but high tempo group goalie sessions. The sessions are geared towards goalies of different age levels (novice to Bantam rep) from all associations. For younger goalies, the main focus will be proper form and technique for basic movements and save selections. For older, more experienced goalies, the focus will be on quickness of both feet and hands while maintaining strong form and crisp movements.
All drills/stations will incorporate either coaches or shooters.
There are only five nets available at East Coast Varsity, so there will be a limited number of spots available. I will make a Ringette station for interested Ringette goalies.
All sessions will be held at the East Coast Varsity Arena. The confirmed dates and times for the sessions are as follows:
